Muse World Sana Skin Healer Edition Ft. Juliet Paris

Muse World Sana Skin Healer Edition Ft. Juliet Paris

For those who haven't had the pleasure yet.. meet our dearest, Juliet Paris. She started her journey with Sana as a Muse and found her place as our Head Skin Healer at our Wynwood studio location. She shares with us what clean beauty means to her, how she integrates self-love in her practice, her go-to products and her relationship with her own skin.

Zodiac sign?

Taurus.

What inspired you to become a Skin Healer?

Sana did. I’ve always had a passion to help others, and I then fell in love with the idea of becoming a Skin Healer when I had my first facial ever at Sana. I manifested myself healing guests’ skin during that appointment.

What’s your morning routine?

I'm very intuitive with my slow mornings, in general, moving my body, and spending time with my animals makes me feel present and ready for the day.

Why is clean beauty important to you?

I feel a difference with my skin and hormones, even my mood post clean rituals. Clean beauty completes my overall sense of nourishment.

What would you say is your signature technique and approach to skincare?

Make some time for yourself to really give your skin some love and focus on your breath during your skincare ritual, rather than slapping on some products.

What is your favorite clean beauty ingredient?

I’m obsessed with incorporating Vitamin C into my skincare routine everyday, I love looking radiant and glowy as much as possible!

What is your proudest accomplishment as a Skin Healer and on a personal level?

The first time I received a facial at Sana, I knew I would work here. I'm proud to be a part of the best clean beauty community Miami has to offer.

How would you describe your current relationship with your skin?

It’s never been better, my process is intuitive and my guests are my best teachers.

How do you integrate self-love in your practice?

Mirror work. I’m kind with how I speak to myself, your cells are always listening to you.

What are your favorite products for personal and professional use?

The Professional Grade AHA Sweet Cherry Enzyme peel and Holi(oil) is my all time favorite for glowy skin.

What advice would you give to someone struggling with their skin?

Start simple, look internally first, cleanse your heart, calm your nervous system, then go from there.

How do you recharge on your time off?

Whenever I need to recharge, I love spending time with myself alone outdoors. Taking nature walks, appreciating the beauty of life and treating myself to good food.

Your dream weekend plan:

A mini road trip to a private beach house with some friends, enjoying a clear minded weekend under the sun.

What songs are included on the soundtrack of your life?

Dog Days Are Over by Florence + The Machine, Leo by Dreamcastmoe, and Dreams by Fleetwood Mac.

What’s on your phone’s lock screen:

My Chihuahua, Daisy.

What is your personal philosophy or mantra?

I trust the journey of my life, living in the moment, whatever is meant to be can’t be taken from me.

Your go-to self care ritual:

Could never go wrong with some tea, journaling, reflexology, soft music, and freshly exfoliated skin.

A secret skill most people might not know about you:

I have an internal compass, I never get lost and rarely use a GPS.

Your all-time favorite film:

Eat, Pray, Love.
